Steam in Action, which was formed by the
Sandstone
Heritage Trust,
Reefsteamers
and
Friends of the
Rail, has made huge progress in the last three months. If you really
want to know what is happening with regard to
Rail Preservation in Southern Africa you need to join
Steam in Action.
We send out detailed and informative newsletters on a regular basis and
handle individual queries from people wishing to participate in the turnaround
of South Africa's steam tourism and steam preservation programme.
Not a day goes by that another locomotive is not saved, moved or worked on.
Our 2008 / 2009 steam rail tour programme will be announced shortly.
Join Steam in Action NOW - We
have nearly 600 members but the more we have, the more strength we have, if each member
will just recruit one other we will have 1200 supporters!
More details can be found in our Manifesto.
